ORDER INFO

RICHIE'S 64 CAT WITH A ROW OF ACI 8 LUGS!

Well, the season is winding down for us here in the Great Lakes region and with every season comes change. We'll be experiencing some change as well. Arrowhead just learned that the foundry we've been using for the past 5 years is no longer able to fulfill our smaller, boutique-level production runs. They've been doing amazing work for us for half a decade and their relationship with the OEMs has them churning out parts runs of everything from turbochargers to cylinder heads in the thousands. That's fortunately good news for the U.S. manufacturing sector, but really not so great news for Arrowhead. Fortunately, we'll be working with another facility here in the U.S. and are not only thrilled with their ability to exceed our quality standards but really amped about their enthusiasm to bring a few new Arrowhead products to market! 2012 is going to be VERY exciting for Arrowhead and Pontiac fans around the world!

With this move to another facility, we're refraining from announcing the availability of our next run. Look for more info around the holidays. Feel free to drop me a line any time to check in. We've built a waiting list of folks for the next run so if you do need a set, please let me know what you need and I'll get you onto the ol' 8 lug waiting list spreadsheet! Thanks to EVERYONE for their interest and patronage. I can't wait for what we'll be doing in the months to come!

John @ Arrowhead Components Inc.

FEBRUARY 2011

We're officially sold out at the moment but will have our next production run in hand hopefully by the end of May. Thank you so much for your patronage and kind words! We're so excited to bring a few new products to the table for 2011, including a partnership with Roush Industries. We'll be supplying Roush with the 8 lug component of their new disc brake conversion systems for our full size Pontiacs! You heard it here first folks...Roush just aint about Fords anymore! We'll be putting the contact info and their product info up on the site ASAP. Stay tuned!

For those of you unaware, we've eliminated our land-line phone number. Due to a number of reliability issues with the service and a data-loss issue over the last 4-5 months, I've opted to use my cell line exclusively. That number is (630)386-6536 and will be updated on all collateral as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU'VE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT US OVER THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS WITH LIMITED OR NO SUCCESS, PLEASE EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY AT PONCHOPIO@HOTMAIL.COM

Arrowhead Components Inc. looks forward to service you and your Pontiac needs in 2011 and beyond!

A few things to know about Arrowhead Components Inc...

Thank you so much for your interest in Arrowhead Components Inc. It's a labor of love and Pontiac devotion that I've been fortunate enough to cultivate over the last 6 years or so in an effort to bring the finest Pontiac 8 lug drum ever available to market! Although Pontiacs and 8 lug drums drive me (pun intended!), ACI is a business I've launched outside of my actual 9-to-5 "career". I make every effort to respond to email and voicemail as quickly as possible so if you leave me a message or drop me a line, hang in there. I'll respond ASAP typically in the evenings and weekends. Email has been the best form of communication as I'm not bound by the hours normal people tend to keep. I can answer questions, get tracking info, fire off an invoice, etc before I leave for work in the morning (5am) or after the kids are tucked away for the night and my wife has had enough of me! Seriously though, it's always a challenge balancing the commitment as a parent, husband and small business owner. Sometimes it may take a day or two to get back to you but rest assured, you'll be responded to!

In addition, Arrowhead manufactures these gorgeous drums right here in the USA and we do very limited runs twice a year typically. When you're order is placed, I don't simply go to the shelf and pull out four completely assembled drums and ship 'em off. Each customer has a different demand and each order is filled in a personalized, custom manner. Adding things like races and studs pressed in, painting, polishing, turning, etc all add time to each order. The short fin actually get finished by hand and this takes considerable time. The point is, your order is special and built to suit exactly what you want. Your drums receive the same care and attention to detail all customers receive. Turn-around time can take 3 days to several weeks depending upon stock and options chosen. The most important thing is getting the most beautiful and SAFE product in your hands as soon as possible.

Thanks again for your interest and your patronage!

Although officially incorporated in September 2005, Arrowhead Components, Inc. was essentially created in July of 2004. At that time, a brainstorming session among several business owners in the Pontiac restoration hobby determined that the most conspicuous absence in the field was that of a replacement for the attractive, optional aluminum brake drum available on full size Pontiacs from 1960 to 1968.

That session launched an eight-month long quest for information and specifications to determine viability of re-creating this part. Researching the item required consultations with:

*Manufacturers around the country.

*Design engineers in the automotive and aerospace industry.

*Influential owners of businesses that currently reproduce and market items that cater to the Pontiac restoration industry.

*Instructors from the Cast Metals Institute.

*Members of the American Foundry Society.

*Editor and publisher of Modern Casting.

After exhaustive research, it was determined that not only could this item be reproduced successfully and accurately, but with improvements in engineering and longevity. As a result, Arrowhead Components, Inc. was created in August of 2005 and became officially incorporated in September 2005.

Arrowhead Components, Inc. was created to serve a number of automotive hobbyist needs and interests. Not only will ACI be bringing a replacement aluminum drum to the market for full size Pontiacs wearing the optional 8 lug brake drum, it will also provide additional parts and services to the market that may be of interest to Pontiac enthusiasts.

Currently ACI resin casts a number of unique 1:25th and 1:18th scale items for the automotive modeling community. In addition, John Piotrowski, founder and president of ACI, produces original illustrations for customer project cars in conjunction with FD Customs based in Lowell, IN.

Also, over the next several months and years, many products created for the Grand Prixs built between 1969 and 1972 will be produced. More on those items in the near future.

Arrowhead Components, Inc. looks forward to bringing you parts of the highest quality, made in America, to keep your big and beautiful Pontiacs on the road for decades to come!
